The 1x19 construction stainless steel wire rope (316 grade) is stronger than other types of stainless steel cable and has less stretch. It is commonly used in the marine industry for marine rigging purposes. The high break load and low strech along with its clean, smooth finish also make this wire a favourite for architectural applications, fencing and balustrades. This wire is not very flexible and as such does not take to corners or any running gears or pulleys, kinks or bends. 1x19 stainless steel wire rope is often used in yacht and sail boat rigging, architectural structural rigging and balustrading. All our wire ropes are manufactured from high quality, high tensile AISI 316 stainless steel to ensure the best resistance from corrosion. Price is per metre.
