Shipping Policy:

Delivery method and subsequent charges are chosen by the customer at the point of checkout. You are able to obtain a quote for shipping before making any purchase. The delivery charge is then automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order. We try to ensure delivery charges are kept to the minimum possible.

Some shipping methods will require a signature upon delivery. If you are likely to be out when delivery is scheduled  please give an alternative delivery address or put your instructions into the notes section as you place your order.

UK Mainland:

Delivery is offered via Royal Mail up to 2kg in weight or by private courier for larger items.

Overnight Delivery - UK Mainland Only, on the next working day i.e. Monday to Friday, provided you have ordered before noon.

2-Day Delivery - UK Mainland Only, on the second working day after you place your order, provided you have ordered before noon.

Standard Delivery - UK Mainland please allow up to 5-7 working days.

If your order was received on a weekend or Bank Holiday then the earliest dispatch will be on the next working day. We will always endeavour to deliver your parcel on the earliest possible day. If you inform us that you want it to arrive on a particular day then we will try to accommodate you.

Northern Ireland, UK Highlands and Islands:

Surcharges may apply for the Scottish Highlands [including some postcodes classed by our carrier as 2 day surcharge areas], Islands including e.g. Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Isles and the Channel Islands.

Private Courier:

We will normally use Yodel (formerly DHL), TNT, Fedex or Parcelforce for our courier deliveries. We will always offer the cheapest and most reliable service available.

Collect in Store:

 It is possible to arrange a Collection in Store - please select this option at checkout.

Outside UK:

 We are happy to deliver outside the UK. The cost of delivery depends on the weight and size of the order. An estimated cost will be shown in the checkout, we will contact you if this is any different when we receive your order. Your order will not be despatched or charged until you have accepted the change in carriage price. You may of course cancel the order if the delivery cost is too high.

Please use full street address; we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in your parcel being delayed or even returned to us which will incur re-delivery charges. Once a parcel has been despatched the delivery charge cannot be refunded.

Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and restrictions which will be the sole responsibility of the importer. We advise you to check with the authorities in your country before ordering.

Please ensure you are available to take delivery of the parcel. We can provide tracking details so you know when the parcel is about to be delivered. If for any reason you are not in to accept the parcel it will normally be held at the depot before being returned to us, this may result in further charges.
