Our Aluminium Type R Stop End's are made from the same AW-5051A aluminium alloy as our T ferrules. A stop end is comonly used as an end stop on galvanised or zinc plated wire. Aluminium Type R Stop End's are not recommended in high strength applications. The expected strneht of the sto end is around 50 percent of the MBL of the wire rope.
