Returns and Refund Policy

All orders placed are thoroughly inspected by a member of staff before being dispatched.

Upon receipt of your order we request that you check the items and if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us on 01392 433564 or info@westwardropeandwire.co.uk. Please have your order number ready when you contact us as this will assist us in finding your order quickly.

If you are not happy with your order for any reason please return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. We will only cover the cost of postage for returning items if the item is faulty or damaged.

If you would like to return goods because they were ordered incorrectly return postage will be at your expense. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.

We always recommend that returns are sent via a tracked delivery or signed for service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us.

Once we have received your return we will check it and either refund your order or take any agreed action. Please note that refunds to cards can take a couple of days to show on your account.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 01392 433564 or by email info@westwardropeandwire.co.uk.

Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us unless the item is faulty.

Custom made products

We are unable to accept the return of custom made products which have been made to order for you.

Please do not return a damaged or faulty order to us without contacting us first. 

If you receive your order via a courier service if the item is faulty or damaged in any way, please do not sign for it and the courier will return the item to us. We will then send a replacement item out as soon as possible.
